How do I play with friends?

Each player needs their own device and an internet connection. Open a party, choose an empty player place and use CODE OR LINK to share an invite. Your friend can open the link or enter the code in Knotted.

Quick Match is for two players. Three- and four-player parties use a code, invite link or friend invite.

Why doesn't my party code work?

Use all six characters and check that the host still has the party open with a free place. Both players need a compatible game version. Ask the host for a new invite if the party has closed.

What happens when we fall?

The team respawns at its checkpoint. Knotted has no lives or game-over screens. Falls are counted in the level results.

I have a purchase or diamond problem.

Purchases are verified by the game server. If a purchase has not appeared, reopen Knotted with an internet connection, then contact us with your player name and the store order ID. Do not send your card details.

For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem or Google Play's refund help. Optional rewarded ads give five diamonds, up to five rewards per server UTC day.

How do I manage my privacy or delete my account?

Open Settings > Account & Privacy in Knotted. You can change ad privacy choices, usage-data preferences and delete your account.
