In the game
- Open Knotted! and sign in.
- Open Settings > Account & Privacy.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm with Delete account.
Without the game
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Knotted! account". Include your player name and how you sign in (Google Play Games, Apple or guest). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your player account and player ID.
- Your device notification registrations, temporary presence and pending party invites on our server.
- Your player name (it becomes available to others), friends list and friend requests.
- Your progress, settings, diamond balance and cosmetic items.
- The game data stored on the device where you delete the account.
- The usage statistics Unity Analytics collected for your account (Unity is asked to delete them).
What is kept
- Purchase records held by Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their own rules. Purchased diamonds are not refunded when you delete your account.
- Technical logs kept by our service providers (Unity, Epic Games, Google, Apple) for the periods in their privacy policies.
